Looks like all NSFW games that aren't completely free with no donation options are going to be removed from the site.

I'm currently looking for an alternative before the game launches on Steam (it's already approved, wishlist it soon). One of the methods we're considering is a one-time purchase post on Patreon, which would be updated the same way Itch was.

Everyone who bought the game will continue to receive updates. I’m not going to treat customers the way Itch is doing now. I hope they allow developers to keep updating games for people who already paid, but I’m not holding my breath. You paid for the game ,  you’ll get the updates.

I have a few plans for how to handle this:

1. Give everyone who purchased the game access to the paid post on Patreon. If Patreon doesn’t give me access to that feature (they said August, but didn’t give a clear date), I can create a special rank and give everyone lifetime access that way.

2. Send a download link via email on each release day. I have the email addresses of everyone who purchased the game, so I could continue updates this way. My only concern is that some people might not be comfortable receiving emails like this.

3. Wait for people to message me on Discord or via email to request their copy. But honestly, that doesn’t feel like the right approach.
